We rent our studio out and classify rentals in the following categories.

Rental Details

CATEGORY A:
Outside Dance Groups

We rent the studio for outside dance groups that carry their own insurance and have established themselves as professional businesses. If you are an outside dance group, please fill out information below and choose category A.

We rent a studio for $50 per hour.
We require a completed waiver for each participant.

CATEGORY B:
Weddings, bridal showers, and outside rentals that are not dance related, or other similar events

We rent a studio for $50 per hour.
We require a completed waiver for each participant.

CATEGORY C:
Summer camps or related camps

We do rent our facility for summer camp.
The cost for per day is $100.
The cost for one week is $600.

All participants who enter our building must sign a waiver. We require a completed waiver for each participant.

We throw great parties for kids and adults.

Party Length: Parties are 2 hours long.
You will receive 45 minutes for any additional set up.
Party Cost: $250.00
Additional Time: Additional time is available for $30 per 30 minutes.
We only book additional time in 30 minute increments.
Guest Limit: Up to 20 guests. Additional guests are $5 per guest.
What we provide (as listed):
Table and Flatware: Plates, Cups, Napkins, Tablecloths, Plastic Utensils
Instruction: 1 instructor per event, 1 dance routine party games
We do NOT provide snacks, balloons, drinks, or cake. You are more than welcome to bring food and drinks into the studio; however, juice boxes for children are the only drinks allowed.
Before the party: Please prepare to arrive 15-30 minutes before start time to decorate or set up food.
After the party: We do the Clean-Up
Theme: Choose your theme and give us additional information on your party registration form.

Rules and Regulations:
Party waivers must be signed and returned on party day by each participant and parent who plans to attend the party. No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
Payment: A $75 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa or Master card. The remaining balance will be charged on party day.
