UNIVERSAL STUDIOS EXPERIENCE

CALIFORNIA HERE WE COME!

Volume Junior and Senior level dancers have an opportunity to take a trip to California from July 10th to July 14th, 2023.
THE TRIP DEADLINE HAS PASSED FOR CURRENT COMPANY MEMBERS.

Please note that DEBBIE ALLEN (price TBA) and the MILLENNIUM DANCE COMPLEX ($80 per person) is not included in the trip.

Who can attend the trip?:
The trip is limited to JUNIOR AND SENIOR LEVEL DAUGHTERS AND THEIR MOTHERS ONLY
(who are active dancers at the studio). Sorry no dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc.

Before making the commitment to the trip, please make sure:
(1) You are financially able to make all payment deadlines. Late payments will result in a $100 late fee.
(2) You understand that after the SECOND payment is made, there are
NO REFUNDS and the trip must be paid in full whether you attend or not.
Late payments will result in everyone losing their money!
(3) The deposit to reserve your space is $100 per person and there are also NO REFUNDS on deposit payments.
(4) There are NO a la carte options.
(5) The flight is not included in the trip pricing.
(6) Debbie Allen Dance Academy and Millennium Dance Complex is not included in the pricing and you will have to pay that at a later date. Please budget up to $70 per dancer for the DEBBIE ALLEN class and $80 for the MILLENNIUM CLASS (that is on the higher end).

What does the trip include?
5 days and 5 nights at Hilton LA/Universal City Walk, Breakfast at the hotel (Thursday to Sunday), 2 group dinners, Hollywood Walk of Fame Tour, Wax Museum fee, Street Tour, Tour Guide, Motor Coach Transport per itinerary.

Cost/When are payments due?
The payment scheduled has changed based on requests to pay monthly and no in 3rds.
Payments are due between the 12th and 20th of each month and will be sent in a ledger.

Late payments will result in a $100 late fee per family.
Double Room:$1980 per person
Triple Room: $1645 per person
Quadruple Room: $1508 per person
(Debbie Allen and Millennium classes not included in the total)

TRIP INFORMATION:
Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 (Travel day/Shop day/Universal Theme Park)
Please book a flight on this day from Indianapolis to Hollywood Burbank Airport (Bob Hope Airport). THE EARLIER THE BETTER!
The airport is a 13 minute taxi ride to the hotel.

Our group will explore City Walk -food, shopping

Thursday, July 11th, 2024 (Performance at Universal Studios)
Use your voucher to enjoy the buffet in the hotel or take a walk to CityWalk to enjoy breakfast.
Our group will perform for 30 minute on the 5 Towers Stage (with LED lights and black outs, etc) in front of a huge crowd and be broadcasted on the Jumbotron in the park. After the performance, we will spend the day in the Universal Studios Park, Hollywood for rides, shows, and entertainment. Dinner will be a Buca di Beppo.

Friday, July 12th, 2024 (Walking Tour Day/Millenium Dance Complex)
Class at the Millennium Dance Complex (11528 Ventura Blvd) (pricing not included)
Board our charter bus and tour Hollywood! We will see the Walk of Fame and attend a museum.
Dinner will be at Bubba Gump Shrimp.

Saturday, July 13th, 2024 (Museum, Beach, and Debbie Allen Dance Academy)
We will take our bus to the beach.

Sunday, July 14th, 2024 (Travel Home)
Sleep in and check out of the hotel.
