OUR ADULT DANCE PROGRAM IS BACK!
It’s time to turn the Volume back up! Our Adult Dance Program is returning with classes designed for adults who want to move, have fun, build confidence, and enjoy dance in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
Whether you danced years ago, currently dance, or have never stepped foot in a dance class, there’s a place for you here. Expect great music, energetic instructors, plenty of laughs, and choreography that makes you feel good!
Come for the workout. Stay for the music, movement, and community.
No experience necessary. No pressure. Just DANCE.

We’re taking it ALL the way back! Join us for Y2K Adult Dance Night, a high-energy throwback class celebrating the music, moves, and unforgettable vibes of the early 2000s.
Come dressed in your best Y2K-inspired look—think velour tracksuits, baby tees, jerseys, cargo pants, bucket hats, rhinestones, and chunky sneakers—and get ready to DANCE!

Sound Check (1 class pass) Expires 30 days from the expiration date
Turn It Up (4 class pass) Expires 60 days from the expiration date
Amplified (8 class pass) Expires 90 days from the expiration date
Full Volume (16 class pass) Expires 120 days from the expiration date
Class passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended except in the case of a documented studio closure. Passes activate on the date of the first class, but must be activated within 30 days of purchase
