Volume Performance Center Payment Policy
At Volume Performance Center, we strive to keep our payment process simple and convenient for all families. Please review the following reminders:
Tuition Due Date: Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
Late Fees: Payments not received by the 5th will incur a $25 late fee on the 6th.
Payment Arrangements: Families unable to pay by the due date must complete a Payment Arrangement Form. A minimum payment of 15% of the amount due is required for the arrangement to take effect.
Jackrabbit Parent Portal: Families can access their accounts through Jackrabbit to review balances, make payments, update payment information, and view transaction history.
Payment Method: All families must maintain an active payment method on file in Jackrabbit.
Account Balances: Jackrabbit may display your total remaining tuition balance for the season. This does not mean the entire balance is due immediately. To estimate your monthly tuition obligation, divide the remaining tuition balance by the number of months left in the season.
Withdrawal Policy: Recreational students must provide 15 days' written notice to withdraw.
We appreciate your cooperation and timely payments. Tuition allows us to maintain our facility, compensate our instructors, and continue providing quality dance education for every student.
Thank you for being part of the Volume family!

Volume Performance Center offers make-up classes when we cancel a scheduled class. However, we do not offer make-up classes for student absences, including illness, vacations, or personal scheduling conflicts.

Recreational Student Absences
If your child will be absent from class, please notify Volume Performance Center by texting 317-574-0599. We appreciate advance notice whenever possible, as it helps our instructors plan accordingly.

To help our youngest dancers have a safe, comfortable, and successful class experience, we ask that parents complete the following before class begins:
Bathroom: Please take your child to the restroom before entering the classroom.
Shoes: Make sure your child's dance shoes are securely tied and ready for class.
Water Bottle: Please send your child with a labeled water bottle to stay hydrated throughout class.
Thank you for helping us keep our preschool classes running smoothly and allowing our instructors to focus on what they do best—teaching your little dancers! We have added a dry erase board checklist for you in the studio!
