Turn It Up Dance Challenge 2025

Our studio attended Turn It Up Dance Challenge on October 26th, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois. Many of our studio families rode the bus sponsored by our studio’s Booster Club. We took professional classes with Cici Kelly, Casie “Tynee” Goshow, and other staff members.

Rhyan Paige, Laila Williams, Journee Collins, and Jaye Harper received invitations to the Turn It Up National Dance Team.

Maya Hill and Khadijah Williams received Outstanding Dancer Scholarships of $100.

Holiday Showcase 2025

Our 2025 Holiday showcases were held at the Arts of Lawrence’s Theatre at the Fort.

Our 1st show was sold out and our recreational students put on a show!

Our 2nd show was a showcase of our older competitive dancers and they showed self choreographed holiday dances as well as their competitive dances.

Celebration Dance
Festival 2026

We attended Celebration Dance Festival in Nashville, Tennessee. We took classes from William Harris III and Kayla Rowser Tazik. Three of competition dances were entered into showcase: Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, After the Ice, and Go To Work.

The Teaching Artists awarded Kaylee Bess and Ava Jefferson with awards. Germani Russell, Khadijah Williams, Tylan Meyers, and Addison Blanche , Journee Collins, Kallie Raimondo, and Jorie Harris were awarded Outstanding Dancer Awards. After the Ice received a Brava award. Half scholarships were given to Journee Collins and Germani Russell and Maya Hill received a full scholarship. Gabby Wright won the parent dance off.

Saturday, March 6th and Sunday, March 7th, 2026
Location: Pike Performing Arts Center 6701 Zionsville Road
Doors: Doors will open 60 minutes prior to competition start time. 

Studio Code: Our studio code for this competition is studio G.

Schedule: The FINAL schedule will be released tomorrow (Tuesday) and you can view that at http://www.crudance.com/. They asked parents to print a copy of the program if you would like one.

Saturday: Minis Groups, Petite Groups, Petite Specialties and Junior Duets, Changing (JG solo), Suffrage (CB,LW)
Sunday: Teen and Senior Groups, Teen and Senior Duets, Trios


Entertainment Showdown & Choreography Review: 
Routines that the staff finds most entertaining and that showcase innovative choreography will be selected to re-perform on the final day of competition, immediately following the last scheduled entry.  Nominations for this special encore performance will take place during each award ceremony and are open to dancers of all ages and levels. 

Dressing Rooms: No assignments

Reminder: Every child must have a FEMALE adult backstage with them to help with changes. Volume parents should not be changing two children. Please make plans.
Reminder: Awards are not optional! Everyone must stay regardless of what plans you have after the competition.
